From 1 July 2026, some Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) fees have changed following an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

An updated schedule of fees is now available on the ASIC website, providing an overview of the common fees that have changed from 1 July 2026.

The tables below outline some of the most common ASIC fees that may affect your company.

Company Fees From 1 July 2026
Application for registration as an Australian company $636.00
Annual Review Fee for a Proprietary Company $342.00
Annual Review Fee for a Special Purpose Company (i.e. trustee of SMSF) $70.00
Late payment fee for up to one month late $102.00
Late payment fee for more than one month late $428.00
Application for voluntary deregistration of a company $52.00

 

Business Name Fees From 1 July 2026
Registration or renewal for one year $47.00
Registration or renewal for three years $108.00
